Don’t put your faith in this store. We were supposed to have 2 couches delivered today, didn’t hear anything, so I tried to contact the store. It went directly to voicemail, which was full. Called about 40 times over the span of 4 hours, also called customer service twice and they were also unable to get in touch with the store. We were from the beginning very skeptical of this company and over the time span of the contract very dissatisfied. We missed a two week payment and were harassed via phone and physically showing up at our home. We werent even a full bill cycle late, this is harassement and we will be paying this contract off early to sell the furniture. The quality is not good, the cost is extremely high and the harassment is extreme. I will be filing a formal complaint.
I have leased and purchased multiple items from you. 4-5 TVS Living Room sets dinning room sets refrigerators computers. I have never not paid and have always had a great experience and relationship with you. So I am more than disappointed that I called to lease another TV and was basically denied because you are wanting paystubs and other things. I have been one of your loyal customers for years so it’s sad that you destroyed our relationship.
One star too much when I say run I mean run 6721 Annapolis rd is the worst renter center in all Maryland I told don’t save my card they lie they do took an extra payment with out my permission then they harassed y phone I told I own nothing you took an extra payment say did not but went to my bank and said yes i got evidence to prove it I changed the card got a prepaid one they tried to do it again did not work they harassed my reference for 2 days being late showed at my job threatening me I told to pick there things up I h... read more
They come knocking at your door and patio door with sticks or anything the can use. They lie about setting your payment’s up for bi weekly and they continue to harass you even until they get a payment even if you tell them you gonna pay it . It’s just been a horrible experience and I will never get anything for rent a center again after this experience
