Chile, pay your account on time because when you ready to rent something else they will treat you like you never paid. Yes, my payments were late but it got paid plus a late fee so in my eyes I paid but in their eyes paying late is like not paying at all which sucks because I have the income to pay for what I want and an approval but per the store I’m not capable. The owner of the lot is racist and does not want to see black people do good, I watched her tear down a black man for trying to make a living just because he parked his truck in her empty parking lot where all people do is ride through to beat traffic. Shame on you!
Very unprofessional and disrespectful. They make promises they dont keep and dont even have the decency to call you and let you know they cant keep them. I have went to corporate as well as Better Business Bureau about this to get a full refund in a timely manner. I will never go here again.
