Easy approval process. Large variety of items to choose from. Perfect solution for a quick fix when you need an item for your home but don't have the cash to pay the entire price for whatever you need.
I went through the entire process, provided personal information and made my first payment, only to be informed I was not able to receive the washer and dryer because of my address which is only 12 miles from the store. Not to mention the fact, I was only informed of this on the day of my expected delivery and after I called to see what time the order was going to arrive, all after taking the day off from work, so I can be home when the delivery guys arrived.
Delivery date was changed with no notice. Had confirmed original delivery date to make sure all was good. Was told yes date was confirm, day came and went. Had to call to find out a change was made.
Patty was very informative and professional. I appreciate the time she took to explain the process and I love her customer service. She made our experience enjoyable.
I requested a new tv was brought a used TV and then it took three weeks to get the new TV and then a payment was due a week after I got it.
