Sammy was my representative and she was awesome. I called in the last 5 minutes before closing and she was able to answer my questions and setup what I needed and picked up my item the next day less than a half hour of paperwork or faster. Definitely underrated, above and beyond five stars!
Roger and Jessica at the Waipahu store were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely go back again.
On 4/7/23 I entered an agreement with this place for a queen mattress and a platform spring, as I was having company and needed an extra bed. I only needed the bed from 4/27/23 (delivered on 4/25/23) to 5/3/23 (stranded pick up on 5/4/23). I understand that the rental is for a month, which is fine…as long as it was delivered and picked up as agreed. I have multiple items from Rent A Center by far the best way to get what my family needs with payment options, there were a few times when times got hard and I was unavailable to make my payments, customer service shows the aloha spirit, always friendly and Very! Helpful when the bad times hit, my only problem is getting my wife to agree with me when I want something from Rent A Center 😂🤙😎
my mom didn't pay them so I called yesterday and paid the amount needed to keep my phone disabled I woke up at 4:00 am and wanted to call my grandfather and its disabled AGAIN why am I paying for a phone I cant even use not only that when it god disabled for the first time yesterday any it took them 30 minutes to figure out how to undisable it I will be coming in the store today when they open because this is ridiculous
