Update 7/7/25 District manager finally called Today, 2 weeks Later. She spoke to me as Though she was trying to appease me. Which unless, Mason is reprimanded, there is nothing left to say. He had NO RIGHT to call me a liar over a phone Call that his employees refused to answer. Terrible management and just as bad as maple district was when Rick was there!

This store use to be great I've bought couches and beds off them before. This last time around was a joke I picked out washer, dryer, fridge and stove from them. The washer and dryer ended up not fitting space I had, they said they put in a special order for stackable ones for me, I understand things get put on backhold but over 2 months and still waiting.the website even says special order but delivery could be 2-4 weeks.I asked if I sent back what I had if I could get a voucher or something till what worked for me came in ... read more

My uncle was a day or so late on his payment and bc of that they are willing to come tear up our driveway and yard and say they ain't responsible to fix it over a washer a dryer. To fix our driveway or yard would be way more expensive than this washer and dryer. So keep that in mind when buying stiff from here bc they don't care about destroying your property to get something back. Ps. He would have had the money on Wednesday full payment but now yall have lost these clients and possibly many more because of this mess.

William and Chris went above and beyond and I'm extremely grateful for the dedication that they put forth to delivering and the installation of my couch with all the obstacles that were in their way . A big thank you goes out to these guys.
