My washer have had problems within the last 3 months. They keep trying to fix it and the problem is never solved. This was a brand new washer & dryer set and will be paid off in about 4 more payments. I wish I could finally get the problem fixed or washer replaced!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The day I received my bedroom suit the dresser was damaged. After complaining to management he said he’ll fix the damages. The next day I noticed roaches crawling up my wall, crawling in dresser and night stand draws. I pulled the night stand dresser out & roaches were infested into the corners of the night stand! I was so disgusted and disappointed. It makes my skin crawl just thinking about it! I WOULD NEVER RENT FROM THIS PLACE OR ANY OTHER RENT A CENTER AGAIN!!!!

Rules change depending on who you talk to. The person on the phone will tell you different information than the person in store. If they don’t want to rent you an item, they will make up rules or funny policies. Avoid this place at all costs. Try another place
