The manager just came a repoed my switch for a payment that was 2days late. I have had many things from this place. Then when I called her she was cussing at me over the phone that’s real professional. I tried to set up a payment arrangements the day the money was due and she wouldn’t accept it then brought my family into it. I will never go to this place again it just needs to be shut down it deff went down hill when Zach left

I am extremely upset. i talked to a supervisor who was a manager. ... we were purchasing 7piece bedroom set with mattress bundle from the website we were told all different days of delivery and they blamed COVID ane tho thrir website says avalible it was a special... we got just the mattressl just an mattewss that we had to bring in andset up, which is paid for with purchase ot says delivery and set up. so again this is just the mattress wad delivered it was free with the bedroom set for 19.99... well they decided to charge... read more

Worthless!! We have never had troubles with rent a center until working with this location. Didn’t have the products we signed for... then gave us products that could be logged into. Spoke with DM, contracts etc was being changed all we had to do was show up and sign them. Guess what contracts were never ready to do so. Fast forward to today... no contracts were ever ready for us. DM then tells us oh well your tickets are closed anyways... Mind you even when we were there to pick up items, sale rep was bragging about having... read more

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!! THEY TOOK MY WASHER OUT FOR A REPAIR AND BROUGHT IT BACK WORSE THEN WHEN IT LEFT!!! NOW THEY WONT DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT!!!!
