Horrifying and atrocious. Those are the best words I can use to describe this establishment. No one there knows how to do their job, and their is no such thing as customer service to them. Please save yourself the hastle of of dealing with idiots, and go somewhere else. Goodwill furniture is of better quality of what they are trying to sell, and there is one right up the road.
To start i have never been disrespected the way that the manager of this store Mark and the district manager Mike have gone to. As a paying customer i purchased a bed i payed cash for this bed except 50.00 because the RAC employee told me to leave a small amount on because it will give a better warranty on the bed...that was a mistake on my part when it was delivered it was dropped off the truck and smashed the under dresser drawers and foot board. I've never been in a place of business were I've been so disrespected as a customer by the staff and manager. So I left with my money in hand sale goes else where.
Sad excuse of a staff!! Very rude!! This store has no customer service and will never set foot in there again!!
