I’m going to be honest…STOP LYING THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE!!!! 1st & I ASSURE YOU MY LAST TIME. I am a Pre Med college student who just lost my mother and my brother all in one semester I work pay my bill EARLY! Got a tv from Aarons, rent a center movers from a whole different location WEED SELLS on top of being late supposed to be here @3 got here around 5ish to add insult I MOVED MY ONE HALF OF THE SECTIONAL in as they left it in the lobby while they set on their phones!!! Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I placed my order and never was contacted regarding a delivery date or anything. I had to call NUMEROUS times and the people were extremely rude and lacked any information on how to properly do their jobs. I was placed on hold 30mins at a time. I was talked to and treated with all of the disrespect they had to offer.

Rose helped me out so much as far as my warranty, was concerned because I was going to have a emergency repair person come and she reminded me even though I paid off the product that I had a warranty still with said company. Please ask questions they are helpful. Don’t be me and rush. Just ask rent a center
