I hope I choose the right store number, I couldn't find it on the paperwork...but long story short, I've rented before from rent a center, and as recent as last year tried to rent again and had the WORST experiences but that was in Solano county, Ca. Just moved to the area and decided to try one more time before going to Aaron's. Bought a computer under them, it's still under warranty, several keyboards have been needed to be replaced by them, and now that they keep giving me bad keyboards all of a sudden they need me to take the whole pc in to get a new keyboard, I'm paying several thousand dollars total for this pc I should get a reliable keyboard or at the least get a keyboard whenever the bad one you give me stops working
I have been constantly harrased due to a missed payment. My doctor submitted a medical claim on my behalf that they requested and they continuously call and show up at my home despite me not being there and it only being my underage teens home. I understand the calls but over 5x a day and showing up knowing I am not home due to medical reason seems excessive to me. Paying off my items and will never do business with them again. The only decent human there is the young lady named Selina
Terrible customer service, been waiting weeks to hear back for repairs, and they still don't know what's wrong with it, and I'm paying for something I don't even have at this point, it's ridiculous
Absolutely horrible customer service and more than once they managed to insult both my husband and I. Add to the fact that you can get most of the stuff cheaper else where. Wanna be store manager Juan is super rude and has absolutely no customer service skills not sure who gave him the position but that was their worst mistake. Will never consider Rent a Center whether in Fresno or elsewhere.
