I cannot believe how much they call and who they call after being 4-5 days late. I can see if it was a couple weeks. They call the day payment is due, in the morning. I just can’t believe how much they harass with being a few days late. They called my place of employment. This is terrible. If this continues I will take my business somewhere else
Went to get a table set and the guy who was there stayed on the phone the entire time. He never asked could he help what were we looking for did we need anything. He stayed in the office the whole time with his conversation on speaker for everyone to hear. I expressed that I wanted help and he said oh and continued to stay on his phone.
The staff here are simply amazing. When we walk in they know exactly who we are. Always so nice and talkative. Helpful when we need stuffm. I truly recommend this place. We paid off our bed and received 100 gift certificate for a new lease on something. I love that they do the same as cash option.
I was approved online and made an initial payment and also paid for a benefits plus membership so next I went to the store for paperwork and the guy running the place was rude and lied to me several times and never returned my call or followed up on my references. Then I got an alert today saying my item had been delivered on November 9th and that I owed you guys 43$. Started my order online, 06/20 I think. There was a misunderstanding on 6/21 over the phone and I'm pretty sure it was my fault. I was replacing my original fridge because no one came to fix it for DAYS and my food was going bad. This location brought me a used, damaged and dirty refrigerator, albeit for less than I anticipated on 6/22... because I was expecting a brand new fridge -- and I don't recall saying that I was okay with a cheaper used fridge.
