I went to buy a sofa for my new apartment I just got. They attempted to bring the sofa but it was too big and told me I had to pick a new sofa. I asked them to just refund me because I didn’t want another sofa and they told me they did but they lied and kept my money and they tried to charge me for a sofa I didn’t even get. This rent a center is very professional! I originally ordered a piece a furniture that could not fit, however they were able to accommodate me with an even better piece of furniture within the same day! I appreciate the diligent communication with Ms. Cay and the fast delivery turnaround from the movers.
Cay was very helpful and answered every question I asked. She was very knowledgeable about how the agreements work and broke things down and was a joyful spirit all around.
John was very polite, it was his last day, but he done his best to make me happy😘
