I would give them 0 stars if it would let me. I've been trying to get my washer fixed for the past month and a half. I've heard all types of excuses from "your repair is scheduled for next week" (and no one ever comes) to "today's my last day on this job" to "we're short staffed." The "manager" Vanessa talks over you when you are talking to her through the phone and just tells you something you want to hear so you can stop calling. I would like to say thank you to Vanessa Garcia assistant manager at this location. She was quick to take care of me and made sure the process was smooth. Thank you for your great customer service.
I wish someone from this store could explain to me. What is benefit plus. Because I am paying for it. I don’t have a card or was explain How to use it. Its very frustrating. I rather not pay for something I’m not benefiting from.
