I wouldn't recommend renting from here unless you are desperate. I paid off an item and was told I could get a month free. Not only did I not get the month free, the wouldn't let me see the contract until after I signed it which is illegal. Then claimed on the phone I would get a month free then they conned me out of money to hold the product where nowhere on the contract does it say to do that and then make me pay again 2 weeks later when my payments are supposed to be monthly. Horrible staff- management and a lack of communication! They are unorganized and the delivery guys are messy and will destroy your items w/o informing the customers! The District Manager is worthless as he himself do not follow through with complaints or see that the customers are happy.
I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by the staff making me feel welcomed. I was amazed at how clean and organized the store was. The staff was very attentive and very informative. The transaction went very smoothly and the delivery date for my furniture was already set right away. The delivery drivers were very professional and careful with all of my furniture and my home. Worst customer service ever especially the Chelsea location they keep switching the delivery date for a whole no update lack of communication than they you finally get a hold of HR they tell the delivery has been completed i get home from work nothing there like for real what is this pre school screw up I am done I've had enough they can keep there product I am all set ✌️
From start to finish I have to say, they were fantastic! The manager Anilia, was awesome! Very knowledgeable! She took care of me thru the delivery process which was same day and went very smoothly! The guys Jorge and Eli were very pleasant and respectful of my home and were in and out within 20 minutes! This rent a center has earned my business for the long run!
