I do appreciate the men and the women working there. They all have great personalities, they all work with me on my payments.. All around good people that work at this particular store..
When the refrigerator was hooked up. The RAC employees didn't bother to hookup the water line for the ice maker. Therefore I had to purchase a water line and install it myself. This plus charging even more for product protection (as this used to be free of charge) than the already extremely high interest payments.
All around 5 stars they were amazing great customer service!! We got a washer and dryer and it works wonderful !!! I recommend rent a center to anybody looking for appliances furniture anything go there !!!
If I could leave a 0 I would 2 employees whom which I do not know their names under the management of Alan came to my house with the items I had requested started to bring them in and just leave them in the middle of my living room. When asked to have my stuff set up I was told they were just dropping it off and refused to set it up. Then I spoke to Alan and he hung up on me and told his employees to leave my dresser and bed frame in my driveway.
