I like RAC but I order two items and received it in Dec 2024. I realized one of the items were too small for the area and asked for it to be returned. I only had it for no more than two weeks. I never turned it on or used it. I was charged the full price of the monthly rate the following month. I asked why and was told that I had it for a month. I purchased the items Nov 29 2024. My delivery date was Dec 7 2024 and it was returned around Dec 28. I do not see how that is fair. I do like the company and the team in Springfield... read more
