I went in to pay a loan off for someone close to me on 12-8-21 and after confusion I placed my friend on speakerphone and she slipped up and called the store employee an idiot. In her defense she's in the hospital with heart issues and sepsis blood poisoning throughout her system. The entry level employee took it upon himself to call her and berate her via voicemail while she's still in the hospital. Classy or professional is not something I would describe that one person.
