Very disappointed, driver called me about my bill id ask him did you go over noted on the account or talk to anyone?? and i told him well you should have a order for pick on monday he had the nerve to say oh you cant pay your in a snob tone and hung up on me this morning!! JUST SO YOU KNOW I CANT PAY CAUSE I JUST PAID FOR ONCOLOGY CO PAY!! That why I talk to your boss yesterday about pick up on monday

I have a no soliciting Sign on my door that is very large. I have a house full of furniture. I don't need to rent anything. I've never rented for rent center. I've never called them. I've never interacted with them.. The actual customer service was fantastic. The delivery time was doable and accurate. However, the delivery guys have no clue how to install a dryer vent hose after an hour of messing with it. They said it was good and they left the minute. I turned the dryer on the whole dryer vent hose fell on the floor. They did not clamp it down like it should have been, it was also cut too short. Me and my husband went in to look for a nice sectional & we found one and immediately fell in love with it! Michael was great, we ran into an issue which resulted in me not being able to pick it up. He asked where I live and said “no worries I’m going to have them load it now and deliver it”. Over joyed to hear that and now as I’m typing this I’m sitting on my new sectional! Thank you Michael for going above and beyond, great customer service!
