can’t say enough good things about Brandon, the store manager at Rent-A-Center. He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I’ve needed help. Whether it was working with me on payments, answering questions, or just making sure everything went smoothly, he’s always handled it with professionalism and genuine care. Don't go here unless you want to waste your time other than the assistant manger this place is awful been working with me on payments due to how I get paid then I wasn't able to pay till the next day and the manger Brandon who is beyond rude and disrespectful closed my account and refused to take any payment from me and made it where I couldn't all over one day do not use this location the manger lacks communication skills and professionalism should not be a manger there at all !
If you need to rent something be prepared to maybe receive it,maybe not. They ask you to sign docs online PLUS more proof of lease, & your income ( if you’re self employed forget about it ). However, they will lead you to think you were accepted and they will send you message confirmations with specific date/ times about your delivery. Be careful with this location, DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Highly disorganized, unprofessional, very rude and disrespectful Staff with terrible customer service. After being unable to complete the online process, which is supposed to be a convenient way to shop, I spoke with Manager Ozzy about their inventory and how the online process is messed up.
