pretty sure that was sarcasm but ok. nobody told me to hold at all just immediate hang ups, of course im going to assume something is wrong with my connection and not that someone wants me to wait.
Been renting from them for a long time very good people....
Rent-A-Center is pretty solid overall. The staff is helpful, and the products are decent for the price. I knocked off one star because I had to wait a little longer than expected for my delivery, but otherwise no complaints. Would use again!
I had to put a star if not it would not allow me to write this they BROKE IN TO my neighbor HOUSE STEPHANIE B the manager and her minions they pushed the door with force broke the door and took the property a tv and a table they are horrible they lie She steaphien takes the cvv on the back of the cars and charges your card if you a day late this is all on video cameras from the building the inside camera that looks out side they disconnected.
I had an excellent experience with rent a center at 796 Main Street, Worcester. The whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. I’d ONLY GO to rent a center. Very professional and totally very helpful. And their furniture is beautiful. I’m more than satisfied.
