Good deal on merchandise. Most staff are friendly. They do try to meet you half way if circumstances allow such. Staff for the most part is friendly, upbeat, respectful, and diligent in their duties.

Carlos and Jay are excellent. They are helpful and kind and are willing to try and help and make things work if you hit a rough spot. So far I am enjoying doing business with them. I had worked with Rent A Center many years back and I am glad that I came back to work with them again and that they have another excellent set of employees that work there again.

I have been coming here like 5 years now. I absolutely love this place all my paid off furniture came from here!!! Julie is absolutely the best !! Attentive, understanding and exceeds in all aspects of her job !! Thanks Julie you the bestest 🤍

I've been with rac for 15 years earl and Gary are the best. They have helped me for 15 years. Today I paid off yet another item. I just learned Gary left the store. I'm sad to see him go, he was definitely a good sales person and earl is the best to. They kept me for 15 years always reaching out to me to see if I needed any thing. Gary always wheeled me back in to get something else. I'm definitely going to miss him. I wish him the best of luck.

I had questions about products, the rep that text me was extremely vague then disappeared for 2 days before texting me about my agreement. Then I got text messages about how my payment was over due. I have yet to sign a contract or receive the product.
