Got a washer and dryer set in December. The guy who wrote up our contract did it wrong and apparently lied to us about it all. So we’ve had nothing but issues since. Then called to make a payment only to have the store manager be inexplicably incredibly rude. Refused to take my payment, refused to allow me to speak to anyone else, refused to give me corporate or owners contact information. Told me this is the end of the line for me. Threatened to show up at my home and then hung up on me!
