Ken and the other associates at the Jackson location is very friendly . I feel welcome every time I walk in. I enjoy shopping there. I have been shopping at that location for years.

I have done business with rent-a-center for for year's. I live the fact that you can rent out To own something and if something better comes out you can simply upgrade. That aside. Every location i have been to, the employees are outstanding. Great friendly service. The gentleman that took care of me today was one of the best, he was so polite and friendly, that by the time I left, I felt I had known him for years. I'm in management, he is the example of an employee that makes business successful. Out of 5 stars, he hit 10.

I placed an order online for my desired sectional in November. Weeks later, no one had reached out to me, so I contacted them. I was told the store was very busy, and full of customers. The person on the phone asked if they could call me back. It wasn't a problem, as I understood, businesses get busy. Never receive a call. Fast forward to January. They call too much on the day you are due to pay your bill.. I would understand if they called when your late on a payment but not consistently call on the day your payment is due.. It’s rude and highly annoying..

Mr Ken always answers any questions that I may have and always friendly especially when my son shot I’ll always do business there.
