When you first come in the store there are some nice beds on the right side of the wall that THE MANAGER REFUSES TO SELL! THESE BEDS HAVE BEEN IN THIS STORE FOR OVER 2YEARS! I called home office on the store manager and he lied to them and told them there weren’t any beds in his store until I sent them the pictures! 😂😂😂 Employees rude and slow. I started my contract online. Paid first week. A guy called me stating he needed some information. I sent it over. Called back twice. Told two different wrong things from I don’t have an account (was signed in looking at it online), to I sent my renters insurance and bank statement instead of lease & pay stub (sent both the correct docs), to your furniture not even here, call back when it is (whole agreement number and email stating they just needed the docs to deliver). Tiffany made the process smooth. I did everything online and she called me the next day and had everything verified. Great customer service and energy. Higly recommend.
Filled out an application got approved to get whatever I wanted but they dont call you back or update you with anything. They send a link for me to upload my information then stopped communicating. Very unprofessional!!! Don't come here unless you really want to take a chance.
