Excellent service. Even though we arrived close to closing, both employees took their time to make sure our visit was complete and successful!
Michael was super helpful and got my family what we needed in time of need.. very professional and also kept me on the line while checking to see if he had the product i was needing.. this is my 3rd rental from this store and although we pay a bit more the service and hospitality from this store is immaculate and we appreciate the service and fast responses

Beyond horrible service! If you want to live in a real horror movie go to these guys and they'll make it happen for you. They will hound you so hard! They contact you 6+ a day even if you call them they'll still call you, text you, and come by your house. They are beyond rude and don't understand that life happens. We told them that my mother law had a stroke and was put in the hospital and that we was out of town and they literally told us they didn't care.
