Amazing customer service Dinora is very helpful and amazing
I have certain people I like to deal with, but majority of these folks here, have terrible customer service skills. Have, undisciplined actions, meaning, they will talk to you like your an enemy, and not worry about it because nothing will be done to them. I have bought two items from this store. The first item, was a headache. The second item was fair I guess. George was incredibly helpful. We had no plans to go into the store but happened to walk by it and ended up buying a couch. With George's help the whole process was super easy and they delivered it within 48 hours. The delivery driver's couldn't have been nicer also. George is really good at what he does, I never felt pressured and he went above and beyond at every step.
Very disrespectful and rude. Definitely need to hire people with better customer service I’ve worked in customer for years and never seen such bad customer service. They need to let the manager go as many bad reviews as he’s gotten. They barged into my house while I was at the hospital with my son. They keep charging me more than what they’re supposed to.
