Josh the store manager is great to work with and rent a center is easy to work with and there payments are so affordable thanks so much for helping me in my times of need I will be back at some point and thanks for always being willing to work with me as well I will highly recommend you guys to other people and friends and family thanks again for the great service
Worst customer service ever. Josh likes to treat people as if they are a child. He has no manners or respect for anyone, that man needs to come back down to earth and realize you don't treat people with disrespect... I got my son his computer from RAC and it took forever to get the screen replaced. Josh said he called lol but I have record of him calling. I finally had to walk in there and get my son's screen. The way Josh runs that place I'm honestly surprised it's still standing.
Absolutely love this place Kerry is the absolute best if you are honest and keep in touch she really works with you and if you make payments on time she helps you out highly advise going here
Ready center is a good program for people who wanna rent stuff and buy it in the future but thing it is is I have an experience with them not helping me set up my bed set and I still don’t have my bedroom set up because they couldn’t take like come back in an hour to help me set it up. It’s ridiculous. I’m not very helpful and it took me two days to get the screws to my bed. I’m just pretty pissed off about it and they’re pricey.
They broke the bed wanted a full price payment before they would even fix it.. having a plus size man sitting on our nightstand the whole time almost breaking it..
