Just like everyone else my delivery wasn't on time. When they arrived it was just 1...ONE...person to deliver a couch. Good thing my husband was home and able to help but I don't think that was right at all. They didn't apologize for the inconvenience or even give a heads up.

We have worked with RAC for YEARS. I’ve never had an issue prior to this location but this store takes the cake for poor communication and just being unprofessional. They will absolutely never be on time or even close to being on time. If they tell you a time expect them to show up hours after that. I understand being late but hello call and explain to your customers. They never do and when you call to give an update to figure out what’s going on they will give you attitude about it.

The whole interaction was not rooted in customer service. I should have followed my instincts and went with another location. The store manager was giggling & all over the place while doing my initial inquiry. Then after doing the paperwork we set the delivery date and time frame. 10 mins into the last 2 hrs of that delivery window I had to call in and ask them if the items were still being delivered. Worst place to get items from. Poor customer service. Furniture never got delivered on scheduled date. 3 attempted dates. You will literally feel like you’re running behind them because of their lack of communication. A call from them to let me know my things wasn’t going to be delivered on a schedule day or time would have smooth things overs. One excuse after the next. To be a customer who has purchased several items from rent a center as of the last year they have given me nothing but a hard time! I ordered a table in July it took over a month to come when it did come they broke it right at my door. I was so upset I made them take it back and told them I didn’t want it bc I would have had to wait another month or so just to recieve it. They didn’t try to accommodate me at all!
