They are awesome as always great friendly staff. Great selection of home supplies. I can save money to buy out right, and they are great for that. Little spendy but that's to be expected. Honestly, this has been an extremely difficult process. I have to keep talking to someone different everyday because nobody is just available to help me. I have gotten near completing my order several times but every time I’m given a different order total or different delivery date so I have to hold off to discuss with my husband and then when I go to proceed I get a different person AGAIN.
Jason is the most unprofessional, rude store manager I’ve ever had to deal with. Was going to rent a washer and dryer and I even had to pay an extra fee for an account that wasn’t even mine because I was willing to work with them. He then started BRAGGING to me about how he “has the best credit in the entire company” and started talking to me about his personal payment history when not sure what that had to do with me and then started BELITTLING me and I had a witness to everything that was said. Bree took really good care of me she got me a really good deal on the bed that I wanted used my voucher and then pulled some other strings to make my payment as cheap as possible that's why I came back to Rent-A-Center because they took good care of me the last time I had a deep freezer from them keep up the good work Bree you rock!!!
