I am an over-the-road truck driver and was renting several articles from Rent-A-Center and got stuck on the road and did not make it home to make my payment in time when I called to try to speak to the manager Sue she was very rude and ignorant then when I did get home they were at my door at 8 a.m. Saturday morning hammering on the door in an apartment building with no regards to my neighbors who work night shift I've never dealt with such a great people in my life
