I needed a lift recliner rental after undergoing a major surgery. Ashley at the Gonzales location was more than accommodating. They did not have what I wanted in the store but she found it and had it delivered to me the day prior to my surgery. I texted her this morning and let her know I was ready to have the chair picked up and the delivery team was at my house within a few hours picking up. Amanda and the other lady (Ashley, I think) are horribly rude. Not to mention Ashley is always laying and napping on the showroom furniture. Anytime you call to ask a question or discuss something they are unwilling to help and resort to, "if you don't like it, just let us pick up the furniture". So finally we started saying' "fine come get it!" And then they never come get it. All I wanted to do was swap out the couch I got, which they said would be “no problem”. Ms Ashley my sales manager at the Gonzales store does an excellent job. She has great customer service skills and is very understanding!! KUDOS to her team!!
Customer service was the best I ever had. Danielle was just amazing and friendly. Made it feel like family and will definitely refer everyone to Gonzales location. Her credit rep was amazing as well. I believe her name was Christina.
