Wonderful people and customer service is awesome...
Hi. I opened an account online and got approved. But when I went into the store, I got discriminated against and told I was denied without a denial letter or anything. I'm locked into an agreement already and am past due on my bill. But the store associate said I was denied. There's an active agreement in my name that's past due. If I got denied there shouldn't be an active agreement. What it looks like is that I got approved and got racially profiles in person and told I was denied but already been approved online. The associate Crystal at store 02805 is by far the worst customer service representative I have ever encountered before like I have never wrote down a complaint but Crystal has left me in shock.
