Feel like they flat out lied to me. In August we got a PlayStation 5 and was told it was going to be $820 same as cash (amount is not 100 percent accurate but used more as a representation). Fine, a bit more than I wanted BUT I understand the business model and what not. Ended up paying $950 and still don’t understand why I paid $130 more than what was said.
Rent-A-Center is a very reliable place to get appliances . In our new apartment we have everything we need , its so affordable especially with the sale going . EVERYTHING in this place is 29.99 a week ! I really enjoy it here . This will deffinetly be my go to store for appliances and furniture
The store in Oceana is awful they treat their customers like trash. For example my payment was made on time May 8, 2024 for a little over $80, nine days later and even a couple times before they came to get my freezer after the payment was made. They’re trying to say it’s past due if that’s so then why didn’t it take more of a payment than $80. I gave the truck drivers another payment of $160 the day they came to get my freezer which was May 17, 2024 and the manager was still going to make them take my freezer regardles... read more
The people there are nice but I found an Among Us sticker on someone's returned bed
I give them 1 star because my husband went into the store & was told our delivery date would be today. I called this morning to see what time that would be so we could prepare our livingroom. I was then told there isn't a delivery date. My husband told them we would "pick it up". I know he would never say this because we have absolutely no way of picking up a couch on our own.
