I have been a customer of this store for several years, and the difference between the previous staff and the current one is shocking. The customer service has completely gone downhill. The employees working there now are rude, disrespectful, and extremely unprofessional. They do not want to help customers, they treat people poorly, and they even raise their voices. I just don’t know where to start smh so I was interested in a gaming computer from the ads I seen off instagram. I was looking for a specific one and they had it so I requested it at this specific store. So yada yada yada we set up a delivery date for Friday. I can not tell you how awesome the staff at University Drive is. From the Great customer service and Energy to helping me pick my items and even down to the delivery process. I really dont know where to begin, I just had to call corporate because the employee answering the phones continues to hang up on me. I decided to start recording my calls when calling them after several attempts to allow them to correct their error. They have a satisfaction guarantee.
