Alex is amazing! He actually cares about what you want and that’s what makes me the happiest! I moved here in April and he has helped me with my furniture rentals with such ease! This place wouldnt be be 5 stars if it wasnt for Alex, I dont even know where to begin! whenever i need a product Alex is on it! THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS. Check my review from earlier Today. Woodbridge Location was giving me the run around and made excuses and lies as to why they couldn't provide me service when they promised. I called the Dumfries Location down the road AND FIGURE THIS. The Manager Alex Osorio personally assisted me AND not only did we make a deal on the SAME COUCH the Woodbridge location offered me. Very satisfied with Alex, he is very professional in his work, I live in MD and I prefer to travel to this store because he has everything I am looking for, people who are looking to buy something like for the home or something like appliances or PC can visit Alex in the store here in Dumfries, they will not regret having arrived at the right place.
