If I could I would give them no stars at all I ordered a sectional on November 9th There was a tear in it that was supposed to be fixed before delivery but never was Finally after 2 whole weeks of being without furniture, they deliver my furniture and I noticed multiple tears behind and underneath the sofa. I called to address this because they had enough time to either order a new one or better yet communicating something with me. Pretty sure the employees knew it was there. Renting a TV from them, but the one on the contract is not the one that was delivered. Called 5 days ago to have this fixed. Was told they would look into it. Nobody has called me back. Very poor customer service.
Spent a lot of time on the phone yesterday with Tyler from this location. Service was excellent & delivery of rental power recliner was done in the same day. In fact, Tyler was one of the delivery guys in addition to being in the store. Highly recommend...
we made our down-payment online via website and delivery was supposed to be today! they text us today asking to verify income and copy of license... WE ALREADY MADE OUR DOWNLAYMENT AND THEY WONT DELIVER THE TV? The store manager, sales associates, and delivery drivers... Are very professional and customer oriented. Every time I go into the store I am always acknowledged and greeted with a smile. Best location ever... Other locations should definitely mirror this one...
