Worst place ever! I asked a question about using a social security number and they told me to get out! See how they treat veterans? All I wanted a q recliner for my disabled mom for the holidays and was paying cash...I’m never going there again. I sent a complaint to their hq also.
Was very unsatisfied with service. Rent a center seem to not a have a set guideline between stores and their cooperate. Very unprofessional and confusing. And try not to be so inpatient with your customers, i was just inquiring.
