I’m really not sure how this establishment has the business they do. Very unprofessional service. I’ve waited 3 weeks for an agreement that’s been signed and was told the equipment was in store. It wasn’t, and we’ve continued to wait with no word on where it is or when it would be here. This place is absolutely horrible. The staff are rude and the manager is worse than the staff!! IF you get anything that needs to be repaired they'll be incredibly rude to you about it and absolutely unhelpful. This business is so bad I can't imagine how they still have the same manager for this long. Rosie doesn't care at all if rent a center even has customers and will be more than happy to cancel your contract if you're unhappy about their horrific service! no working with you and no trying to solve the problem, just horr... read more

Very rude customer service I advise you to take your money else where!!! Rosie need to be fired and I will be calling corporate and letting them know about how rude she towards me and other customers as well. I had told my family about how nice and how it was an amazing opportunity to make help with their credit score but after how Rosie spoke to me I have formed family and friends and they will not be doing any business with them!
