Fantastic customer service. We have had a wonderful and very informative experience with RAC compared to other similar companies like Aaron's where they are very rude and always attempt to, pardon the crude language, screw us over by attempting to charge us more than the agreed amount. That problem has never occurred with RAC and because of that we are very grateful and appreciative. Keep up the good work RAC. Over all eli is a good worker there only person that has a ugly attitude is chris he calls customers with a ugly attitude and we ask to get transferred and hangs up on us while raising his voice very unprofessional
Horrible experience ever. Took about 15 times before the phone was answered. Oscar could not give a straight answer. The worst customer service ever. This was at the Weslaco location. Paying for a PS5 that my son is not using. I made Oscar aware I was going to give a bad review and he did not care..
Chris very bad attitude and disrespectful worst customer service I went into store to speak to him after he hung up on me cause he decided to ignore instead of listen and give me a solution to what's supposed to be a valued customer and was nowhere to be found what a coincidence after I told him I would be there to speak to him personally and make a complaint against him to see if he would run his mouth the same way he did over the phone with his manager there.you need to retrain this guy and show him some manners when it ... read more
