I have experience the absolute worst customer service tactics when it comes to harassment of a customer, and using the company based guidelines to push and push on a customer to hopefully fall into default and forced to repossession of the property. Sounds like a worker pocketing money , telling peoples $100 deposit, so I went to the one 2 miles away on Midlothian and paid original price, the south side rent a center stealing peoples money
The harassment and threats if you are late on a payment that is only $60 is insane!!! and I regret ever purchasing from this company and I have definitely told others not to shop here and go to Aarons and Conns instead. Tasha is absolutely amazing! She gave us a great deal on a King bedroom set and we couldn’t be happier! She is personable, understanding and very professional and kind! We will definitely be back
