Tried to get a computer a few days ago. Paid my deposit and everything never heard from the store. I had to call myself and Jose answered of course didn’t care about anything and stated he only had 1 worker. So I said ok let me speak to the manager. Raul is such an amazing manager! The whole team is great been dealing with Raul amd his team for about 2 Years. They are professional, amazing, understanding, amazing customer service. They will do the most to help you out and try to find what your looking for. I couldnt be anymore greatful for everyone that works their.
I usually deal with Raul. But this time it was someone else. All I can say, is that it was the Worst experience ever!.. I paid off my sons bed, then I decided to purchase a bed set for myself.
