Chris was awesome he answered all of my questions exactly to the T. He He went above and beyond helped me find a JBL party speaker Bluetooth. I am extremely happy with it and he even delivered it to my house on a exact time that he told me to. I think this guy is very caring to his customers. He definitely deserves a raise.

Dont know why but i think its bullcrap that beth couldnt take the 55 from my mom for a payment. My mom has been trying to be nice as she could with her but it got to the point where my mom had enough of her rudeness n telling her that she couldnt except it and it was the last bit of my moms check. So sadly my mom told beth to pick up the tv and the stand because my dad went in to put the last 55 down out of my moms check and told my dad that she couldnt take and refused it. Everyone here is phenomenal. Always treated with respect and courtesy. They worked with me through a couple rough issues on my end. I love that I could order something and have it delivered that day. Very kind n knowledgeable customer service in ionia rent a center the manager and floor staff worked together to find a solution so I cld get my son the PC he has been wanting.
