Chris was awesome he answered all of my questions exactly to the T. He He went above and beyond helped me find a JBL party speaker Bluetooth. I am extremely happy with it and he even delivered it to my house on a exact time that he told me to. I think this guy is very caring to his customers. He definitely deserves a raise.
Everyone here is phenomenal. Always treated with respect and courtesy. They worked with me through a couple rough issues on my end. I love that I could order something and have it delivered that day. Very kind n knowledgeable customer service in ionia rent a center the manager and floor staff worked together to find a solution so I cld get my son the PC he has been wanting.
