First time to this Rent A Center in Longview. I was greeted right away. And they were not pushy. I looked around and I ended up asking some questions. I find out that I was actually talking to the store manager Kimberly. I truly appreciate her thorough work ethic. I recommend "Rent A Center of Longview" to everyone looking for great caring people, quality items, and phenomenal service❣️
Niki at Longview rent a center is literally and angel sent from the heavens, she helped me a few times now and I got everything I wanted and needed for an amazing price and couldn't be happier. I will definitely be recommending all my friends to come check this location out if they wanna get anything!
They are so good to work with even if there was a miss communication they fixed it with no problem I really appreciate them going out of there way to help there customer's out Thank you for all you do
Manager Kimberly has a stuck up attitude and needs to learn how to talk to customers. They are also way overly priced.
Beautiful Showroom and very clean. 😇 The staff was very informative when I had questions.
