Solid place to visit. Stopped in for a gaming PC, paid and left. Had the PC delivered to my door less than 3 hours later. (Delivery was only due to me being a first time customer, otherwise you can pick it up and go) Definitely recommend.
These guys delivered a couch to my rental house and caused expensive damages to the structure. First they will refuse to acknowledge the damage liability. Later, they will push their claim to what we will suggest is the most poorly rated "claims processing company" in the entire country - their adjuster is not licensed to practice in the State of Washington. The worst customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend renting from them. The manager is so rude and does not hold her employees accountable for poor customer service. I can see why the employees are awful if she’s their manager.
I’ve never had anything but an excellent experience with this RAC. From the top manager to the guys driving the truck and everyone in between, I absolutely adore everyone who works there. Everyone has bent over backwards to make me a happy customer and it’s absolutely worked. If it were up to me, everyone who works there would be given a raise. I love these people like genuine friends. Highly recommend the Parkland store.
