My family and I have never had anything but great things to say about RAC, they have always been good tous and even allowed us to do things that they weren't necessarily aloud to do. We've always paid on time, we've always been prompt with telling them about any issues and they've done everything to fix it for us. I will never do business with these people ever again. Bought what I thought were wonderfull items & have nothing but problems with my items. Was treated really good on repairs to the items until new management came in & was given broken promises by this company who promise 1 simple thing & later call rudely telling me I have to pay $$ for their broken promise. my payments were always on time always tried to refer my friends & family to do buiseness with these people who I have messages informing to stay away from this compa... read more
