I've never had such problems with this Barre Rent A Center until now. We went in to pick out a dryer as ours had stopped working. Logan was the one working at the time, and was super great!! He got us all set up and scheduled for delivery. After that is when things went downhill quick. The delivery was rescheduled for over a week and a half. Instead of letting us know there was no truck to use, they just kept rescheduling the delivery and then never calling or contacting us to let us know it wasn't going to happen that day. ... read more
Absolutely amazing! I have to say I love this store! The first time we rented a 64"in TV which ended up coming with an entertainment center. When we moved into our new house we needed a large couch and they didn't disappoint we found a beautiful 7 sectional couch. We had a snafoo with delivery having their delivery guy walk out! Rent A Center in Barre Vt is by far the best!! Ally Gavin and John were not only helpful to my son and I but compassionate about doing so. When searching for the correct items they got the job done and we’re so friendly it was absolutely amazing! 10/10 would recommend this location to everyone I know, those three deserve raises for their outstanding customer service and professionalism!!
This place will not stop harassing me with phone calls for “sales” they’re having. I have asked every employee at the store level to remove my name & number from the list. I have since contacted their corporate office to request the removal with the promise of a harassment lawsuit if the calls continue.
Abby, Gavin and chyenne are so polite and helpful they always greet us with a smile and a friendly hello they joke around with us and laugh always there to help us get exactly what we want. If I could rate each employee that works in the Barre rent a center I would give Abby Gavin and Chyenne a 10 plus John I would rate in the negative numbers as he is rude and very unhelpful. Please keep up all the good work for the three awesome employees I mentioned
