I'm writing this review and have left the same review on other review sites like TrustPilot and others. On today's date of 12:11 2025 I was contacted by the Rent-A-Center store on 19th avenue and Glendale in Phoenix. I have been a loyal customer of this location for a better part of 4 years All my furniture is paid off and has been paid off with the exception of a bookshelf. Amazing customer service from the Manager Mayra as well as her staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. She was very attentive and professional, ensuring that all my questions were answered with care.
David was amazing , he had us in and out . They offered to help finance my furniture and was able to get me a good deal. We will be back thank you David and Myra .
Lorena is great very helpful & professional hreat costmer service i really appreciated her work ethics looking for great service come to Lorena shes great.
The manager there is so helpful, and understanding I appreciate her and her team for helping me out. Now she is helping with furnishing up the rest of my apartment.
