Elizabeth is very rude and unprofessional for a “manager role” no accountability for “he”r store’s error she’s basically saying that if you do it online, it’s an issue for her while some of us have very long work hours and we don’t get to clock out right at six, which she always hurries to do if it’s within the hour before closing, that was my experience from the two times I’ve ever spoken to her Iif you have a delivery scheduled and nobody reaches me that day to say oops we overbooked. Big mistake. Don’t do it. I got a bed from Them recently. I picked it up since I needed it asap: when I got home I realized it was not worth what I was paying. It was a used bed so I knew it wasn’t going to be flawless.The mattress was brand new thou. I asked for the bed to be discounted and they only wanted to take $200 off the end of my balance. but it had way to issues so I scheduled pick up. And they still tried to run my payment!
