Hailey and Brandon brought my new livingroom set yesterday. It is beautiful!! Both were extremely helpful and wanted to make my experience positive. They did a great job of changing out the set. The people at Rent A Center are wonderful to work with. Would recommend for anyone to use them.

It's been really good good customer service good people if you're going to be late on your payment you call and they understand and they will help you out the best they can

So we mainly have a problem with delivery the guys in store are great. My fiancee was stuck at home for over three hours past the time of delivery the first day waiting . With not one update or call; in fact he made the calls. The second day they forgot a piece of equipment and said they would be back with it. Never came, never called. We called again, they had no idea what we were talking about. Also was told they would be back. We have waited. You need to be more flexible on making a late payment. You can't wait 5 days for me to get paid? You would think they would be more accommodating and flexible to make their customers happy.

I don't recommend this store to buy anything. I bought a Samsung TV and It came defective and everything time I go to the store or call for a solution, they just say they are waiting for the manufacturer to get an answer. They don't seem to care to fix the problem or to give me a new TV. I don't recommend this place watch with what they sell you.
