Terrible! I’ve been a customer for a long time and because I fell on hard times for one month I was belittled and disrespected by the manager with the ear lobe than is stretched down to his knees. Unwilling to work with me and was rude and disrespected. Absolutely disgraceful, who the hell does he think he is belittling me for falling behind. He should be fired and sent to customer service training!!!!!!
We've been working with all of them for years and I love their people and customer service skills. I will definitely be recommending!
The most unpleasant rent a center I’ve ever dealt with. Have furniture with these guys...picked out a couch, got it delivered (along with a whole living room set and bedroom set) have had it for maybe a month, the cushions slide badly and it’s just not comfortable to us. We gave it a few weeks to see if we warmed up to it and we just don’t like it. Period. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. They build your cart while you’re in store act like they give you deals...then comes the furniture. I received a broken couch (was supposed to be new) then come time to make my first payment I go to the store to tell them when I had to rush out because the sales man came SCREAMING and CURSING at me that everything is my fault.
